The Digital Nomad residence authorisation allows eligible family members to apply together with the main applicant, provided the legal requirements and financial thresholds are met.
How long is the authorisation valid?
The duration depends on where the application is submitted.
Applicants applying through a Spanish Consulate abroad receive a visa with its corresponding validity.
Applicants who submit their residence application while legally in Spain may obtain a residence authorisation with a different duration, provided they meet the legal requirements.
